TFW Brisbane Southside is an international award winning training centre. In 2017 Head Coach Anthony travelled to America to receive the prestigious TFW Verdade Award. Verdade means "coaching with truth & integrity". This award was received because of our coaching environment and our high standards in training techniques.
TFW encompasses signature warmups, speed, strength and endurance training. We also assess your training needs through a comprehensive evaluation processes, so you can acheive the best level of training for your body type.
Our most important component is our motivational approach and family environment. At TFW , we know if you don't have fun and enjoy the training you won't do it!

Food and nutrition is a major factor in all our challenges, so all challenge members receive a nutrition plan.

Head Coach Anthony
Anthony Evans is the Director/Head Coach for TFW Brisbane Southside. He is a qualified Level 1 and Level 2 TFW Coach. He is a Master Functional trainer, Qualified Personal Trainer, and specialises in Rehabilitation.
Anthony has been in the fitness industry for over 20 years and specialises in helping people reach their fitness goals through motivation and inspirational coaching.
Coach Jarrod
Jarrod Ivory is a qualified Level 1 TFW Coach and holds a Certificate IV in Personal Training. He has been in the fitness industry for over 5 years and has been coaching at TFW since we opened our doors in 2016. Jarrod currently runs our early morning classes and provides inspirational training for all our early bird warriors.
Coach Monica
Monica Bezuidenhout has been a student with TFW Brisbane Southside since the beginning. She loves it so much she decided she would like to become a coach & mentor to other students and now holds both the Level 1 & Level 2 TFW Coach Qualifications and is an accredited Australian Strength & conditioning coach. Monica steps in as Coach during busy periods and holidays.
